Cook Eggs 3 Ways
Scrambled, fried, and boiled. If you can do these you can feed yourself any time of day.
Eggs are cheap, fast, and nutritious. Not knowing how to cook them means eating out unnecessarily.
Scenarios
The Scramble
7:30am. You're trying to make scrambled eggs before work. You've made them before but they always come out weird — watery, or rubbery, or stuck to the pan. Today let's actually do this right.
Fried Egg, No Frisbee
You want a fried egg over easy — runny yolk, set white. You've made fried eggs before but they always turn out rubbery and the yolk breaks when you flip. Your roommate says yours look like hockey pucks.
Poached, Not Destroyed
You want to make eggs benedict (or just poached eggs on toast) for brunch. You've tried poaching eggs twice and both times you got a stringy egg disaster — whites flying everywhere in the water.
